Each room has air-conditioning and comes semi-furnished (bed, bedside table, chair, and lamp). If you prefer, the room can also be unfurnished.

Room 1: $330/week (4.2m × 3.3m)

Room 2: $310/week (3.6m × 3.3m)

✅ Rent includes all bills + ultra-fast internet.
✅ One fridge and one washing machine are shared only between you and one other flatmate (not the whole house).
✅ Plenty of storage space in the kitchen and garage.

The house has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in total. Including myself and my girlfriend, there are usually 4 people living here. Sometimes a maximum of 5 people, but we always value a comfortable, clean, and tidy living environment (never crowded).
One spare room is sometimes used when parents or friends visit.

House rule: No outdoor shoes inside (we use indoor slippers).

The house has a private backyard with green bush and a small pond, giving a calm and peaceful atmosphere.
