We are looking for an energetic & passionate assistant restaurant manager/shift manager to manage our busy stores in Brisbane. 

This person will have a passion for great hospitality. 
The successful candidates will have:
•	Eligibility to work in Australia.
•	A passion for hospitality .
•	A track record of providing staff with great hospitality operational and product training. 
•	A passion for being on the floor, interacting with guests, and giving direction, feedback and empowering staff to be great.
•	Great time management skills and a proven track record successfully following operational systems.
•	Attention to detail and organisation that ensures that each day the bar is physically prepared and the team are ready for a successful service.
