The Position: 
Seeking a highly organised and energetic individual to co-ordinate and liaise with our Japanese distributor. Reporting to the Regional Sales & Marketing Director, this is a contract position offering flexible working hours 3-4 days per week. 

Essential Requirements:
•	Native/business level Japanese language speaker
•	Business level verbal and written English skills
•	Target oriented, self-motivated and highly organised
•	Previous experience in sales, marketing or supply chain essential 
•	Excellent computer skills (Intermediate level Excel minimum requirement)
•	Must be available to travel to Japan

Key Responsibilities:
•	Daily sales liaison with Japanese distributor
•	Maintaining relationship & ongoing commercial activities with Japanese Retailers
•	Presenting new product ranges, analysing and forecasting sales 
•	Monitor Distributor stock levels, forecast supply & demand and meeting sales 
 target
•	Processing new orders and coordinating shipments
•	Create marketing materials and online product pages
•	Translations & proofing materials
•	Maintaining Japanese pricing database
•	Japanese Consumer enquiries

The Location: 
Paperblanks® is located on Sydney’s Lower North Shore in the beautiful habour suburb of Mosman close to public transport.
