DRINKS WAITRESS / HOSTESS WANTED !
BAR COCKTAIL WAITRESS / HOSTESS WANTED FOR BAR RESTAURANT IN PERTH
(FULL TIME / PART TIME OR CASUAL)
Starting Hourly Pay is $40/hr + tips and superannuation.
You can work full time / part time or casual. Part-time: 2-3 days work per week , Full-time: 4-6 days work per week (full time will work average 30 hours a week, full time would get average $1500 per week).
Working time: we are open Tuesdays to Sundays , 9pm to 3-4am weekdays and 8:30pm till 4-5 am weekends (depends on how busy we are) . Closed on Monday .
Early shift : 8:30pm-1am (you can stay later if busy)
Late shift : 10pm-closing
Full shift : from opening to close (come by 9pm)
You can choose your shift.
Job Details :
-Basic bar waitressing duties
-promotion work (alcoholic beverages and parties)
- Serve/distribute drinks and food
-Provide beverage and food service in line with our companies standards and procedures
- Promote drinks and food, especially alcoholic beverages . Able to make and serve alcoholic drinks professionally .
-able to clear glasses in a professional manner
- Boost / promote sales of drinks and food
-Responsible of the cleanliness of the bar.
- Clean/wipe tables, clear glasses/plates,keeping venue clean, inspect areas to ensure cleanliness of venue.
-performs duties and follow policies as assigned by management .
- Select songs on our sound systems
-Ensure that all guests are comfortable and welcomed, cheerfully greet guests and work in an energetic bubbly manager when serving in our party functions and ensure a lively environment .
- Greet guests and direct them to functions , help them with ordering of food and drinks. Talk and socialise to guests when appropriate , be customer oriented , able to work long hours and multitask .
- Promotes positive relationships with all the guests and other workmates to maintain a cooperative working environment that will contribute to teamwork and team morale .
- Handling customers complains and enquiries, managing bookings
-Working with large teams hostess in each party function .

FULL TRAINING PROVIDED. WORKING HOLIDAY VISA / STUDENT VISA WELCOMED. ALL ENGLISH LEVEL WELCOMED.
-Must be able to work late / weekends
Dress code: Uniform provided by us (usually black dress) and heels + full face make up + red or bright lipstick , we need to ensure that all staff has immaculate presentation and grooming .
