About us:

Gram Café & Pancakes, as a worldwide franchise brand will be opening its first flagship store in Australia located in Chatswood Sydney.

The store location is in the Chatswood Interchange, just above Chatswood station.

Opening in January, it will operate 7 days a week from 11 am to 10 pm or 11 pm. 

We are looking for an experienced full-time Chef to head up a busy kitchen that will be serving brunch, afternoon tea, and late dessert. 

The role will include stock ordering, team management and the ability to cook and plate food perfectly. 

About the role:

•	Full-time position
•	Able to take on overseas (Japan) training – at the starting stage
•	Follow strict recipes and procedures to make pancakes and others on the menu
•	Able to train other staff to improve their knowledge and skills
•	Inventory and stock management
•	Shift management and oversee all kitchen operations
•	Assists in opening and closing of kitchen operations on a daily basis
•	Equipment maintenance management
•	Having creativity in coming up with new ideas and proposals to management 
•	Maintain a high standard of cleanliness abiding by Health and Hygiene regulations in a food handling environment
