Sales Support Assistant
Located on the Gold Coast, a Part Time Temporary (20 hours per week) opportunity is available as a Sales Support Assistant, where you will processes JR pass inquiries/bookings, for travel enthusiasts bound for Japan!
Responsibilities are, but not limited to:
- Process end to end JR pass bookings, including review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
- Ensure sales figures are accurately into the system to hand over to accounts and report on important information
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
- Provide data and guides to help the sales team
To be considered for the position, the candidate must have the following:
- Previous experience in a data entry/admin role, preferably within in the travel industry
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A Positive Attitude
