We are looking for a friendly and hard-working staffs in our new sushi shop in Rochedale, Brisbane.

Chef

- Experience in sushi making and Japanese food

- Leadership qualities

- Attention to detail in a high pressure environment

- Able to work independently and in a team
Manager

- Managing a team of wait staff and runners, including staffing, costing and rostering

- Create a positive service and customer service environment

- Attend to customer requests and concerns politely and professionally

- Regular, effective communication with Executive management

- Assessing and implementing systems to maximise efficiency

- Previous experience in a similar role required.
