Class yourself as an independent COOK/CHEF.....Bugger working the evenings but you love working and cooking in the kitchen.... this is the job for you... day time work only. You will know how to run a kitchen by yourself, understand the intricacies of utilising ingredients, freshness and cleanliness. It’s a simple menu but you’re organisation skills, speed and desire for perfection must be exemplary....please do not apply unless you’ve had a minimum of 2years experience as a cook... we are very sad to see our current member go so they are big shoes to fill...
