BridgeClimb Japanese Translator
Over the past few years, Australia has seen a huge increase in visitors from Eastern markets. BridgeClimb is currently recruiting for Japanese Translators to join our fun and energetic team. This exciting business opportunity requires adding to our already excellent team to deliver an amazing experience for the Japanese market.
Working directly with an experienced Climb Leader your role will be to interpret the information and commentary delivered while providing outstanding customer service. From Check-In, through the climb preparation process, to providing key safety information, to out on the bridge and back to base, you will help manage and monitor the group, providing assistance to climbers, interpreting their questions and relaying information.
Language skills are a must in this role so to be successful in this role you will need;
• Fluency in Japanese
• Conversational to Fluent in English
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous customer service experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Confidence speaking in front of groups
• Attention to detail
• Professional and positive approach to work
• Casual status working 2-6 shifts per fortnight (depending on climber demand)
• 3 month contract to start
