+++++ Information about the Farm+++++
#Picking / Packing – Hourly rates will be applied only under specific circumstances, and ‘piece rates’ will be applied in most cases.
#Picking – Wages are calculated based on per kg weight rather than per tray price.
The unit price depends on the amount of strawberries, and this price falls within the top 10% of the Caboolture area.
Please contact me for more information about the previous weeks’ prices.
#Packing – Wages are calculated based on per punnet price, which is a ‘fixed price’ like at other farms.
* Males are assigned to packing positions only under special circumstances.
* Currently they are only hiring experienced workers. I will put up notice when openings for new workers are available.
