Leading group in the highest quality Japanese BBQ and the most authentic Japanese ramen in Sydney is currently opening its doors for a talented, enthusiastic and energetic hands on restaurant Manager.
What we are looking for:
A hands on front of house manager who has the skills and experience to drive our team to reach their goals.
• Front of house training: Leading their team to achieve only the best customer service based on our high standards, able to continuously improve policies and procedures to achieve the best.
• Customer service expert: Able to engage our patrons into having a world class experience, the best Japanese food experience. (training provided)
• Day to day operations: Confident in cash reconciliation, producing basic performance reports, ordering and operating POS system.
• Ambiance: Ensuring the right ambiance is always created to assure our customers are comfortable, music, lighting and customer service.
• Great communication skills, usage of Japanese and Chinese language is not essential but definitely an advantage.
• Menu: Able to communicate with the kitchen and collaborate on Menu, drivers, events and promotions.
• Previous experience in Japanese restaurants or similar environment is preferred.
