W Cosmetics is a one-stop beauty product retailer, which aim to bring Japanese and Korean fashion to the Australian market. Now based on the existing 8 stores, W cosmetics has spanned across 3 states with more exciting growth to come.
We are currently looking for a passionate, experienced marketing coordinator/Assistant to join our team.
 The role…
 As a marketing coordinator/Assistant, you will be:
Responsibility:

The role will include but not limited to；
•	Manage all planning, content creating and coordinating the delivery of content across a variety of media, website, promotional flyers, newsletters, presentation, and other material
•	Liaise with our external marketing company on ad campaigns
•	Working with media partners, graphic design and marketing suppliers.
•	Organize promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate the team's success 
•	Assist marketing manager to communicate with a supplier
•	Assist to manage company online website 
•	Prepare marketing report to team leader and manager on a regular basis
•	Visual merchandising for stores
•	Provide product training to retail staffs

Skills and experience
•	Marketing /Communication degree is preferable 
•	Proficient in Microsoft Office suits 
•	Solid understanding of the use of all mainstream social media platforms as marketing tools.
•	Solid knowledge and experience with data analytics
•	Photo and video editing skill is preferable but not essential
•	Good communication skills in English both verbal and written 
•	Communication skills in Japanese are preferable but not essential 
•	Self-disciplined, highly motivated and pro-active
