Harajuku Gyoza opened its first restaurant in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane in 2013 and is part of a growing hospitality group that has 3 brands owning 11 venues in Australia and more overseas. Since its opening, Harajuku Gyoza has become one of Brisbane’s best loved restaurant brands. It is renowned for bringing a super fun & innovative approach to the restaurant experience whilst maintaining fantastic food and fantastic service.
We need someone who can –
• Have a great attitude.
• Make fantastic food.
• Be a great communicator.
• Be a leader.
• Be organised.
• Be professional.
Experience in following would be preferred –
• Menu Planning.
• Stock control including food cost managements & calculation.
• Great understanding of food hygiene procedure & implementation.
• Kitchen Management that includes recruitment, training, food preparation & cooking.
