Wanted: Strawberry farm worker!!
Strawberry farms in Beerwah and Wamuran.
We can organise your jobs and accommodations. We are looking for some seasonal workers for strawberry planting, cutting, and hand picking (pretty soon). Picking and packing will start in May.
We have organised more than thousands working holiday makers' second visa forms without any issues! You will enjoy working with us and make many good friends too.
Wages
Paid by piecework rates.
$45 / 1,000 plants for planting (good rates among any other strawberry farms in Caboolture).
Cutting / Weeding are not yet known.
Picking & Packing rates are reasonably calculated based on the market price.
Superannuation is currently paid at 9.5% according to the Australian regulation.
You will get paid on every Thursday for the last week's Monday to Sunday work with a payslip by email.
Trust me! Fast pickers and packers will make a lot of money during the season!
Shared accommodations
$110 per week (3people/room)
(couple rooms available for extra)
2 weeks notice to leave and 2 weeks bond deposit.
Modern and comfy to live in.
If you don't have a vehicle to commute to work, that's totally fine! We can organise door-to-door pick up from your accommodation to farms for only $6 per day (return). If you have your own vehicle, we can organise for carpooling so, you can save your fuel costs!
If you're new to Australia, we can organise to set up a mobile phone, opening a bank account, applying for Tax File Number, and providing advises if you need.
