Apr: cutting
May-Dec : picking&packing

You can get payslip&pay (for 1week) on every Fri.
Planting price: $40~50 (1000ea)

It's pay for rate not hourly. 
If you work good than another people, you can catch lucky to work hourly job like farm hand.

$100 per week
Bond: $200
Notice: 2weeks
100% bond back, if you keep notice
