〈EOI for a full-time chef to work in a new yakiniku restaurant in Chatswood〉

A new small Japanese yakiniku restaurant in Chatswood is looking for expression of interest (EOI) for a full-time chef. 

You will work with a small friendly team and in a brand new kitchen.
 
We want to hire a full-time chef who meets the following criteria in a few months’ time.  

• Has a visa with full legal working rights

• Wish to work full-time

• Has beef knowledge

• Ideally, has work experience in a yakiniku restaurant and know how to cut meat to standards (not mandatory)

• Has 1 to 2 years work experience in the commercial kitchen

• Has ability to cook food based on the menu

• Has ability to develop menu

• Assist with managing inventory
