English Academic Instructor in Singapore
Duties/responsibilities:
1. Conduct English classes for Japanese students
2. Prepare course materials and assignments to be compliant with school exams held in Japan
3. Report to management on student progress and achievement
4. Provide counselling to students and parents, and support students to meet academic goals
5. Oversee class management and administration according to school's policies and procedures
6. Maintain high standards of student conduct and discipline
7. Ad-hoc duties as required
Job Requirement
1. Minimum a Bachelor degree in English, English Literature, Applied Linguistics (English), TESOL or related field
2. Japanese proficiency must be at native level; Japanese graduates with a degree in English or Master in TESOL are encouraged to apply
3. Able to teach Pre-University academic English eg TOEFL, ILETS to Japanese students
4. Willing to relocate to Singapore during term of employment
