Key Responsibilities:
 • Management and importantly leadership; including rostering, staff training, performance management, and conflict resolution.
 • Attentive with Social media advertisements and liaise with our marketing team
 • Handing client complaints and conflict resolution
 • Delegate admin projects to the reception team and facilitate the competition of them.
 • Coordinate and compile reports on business objectives and targets
 • Processing management/business expenses, reconcile transactions to balance monthly reports
 • Maintenance of company policies and procedures
 • Administrative support to Director
 • General office/administration duties
 • Money handling and petty cash
 • Stock take, ordering and inventory
 • Liaise with receptionists, management and therapists in regards to day to day running of the business

Selection Criteria:
 • Full time availability
 • Female only & must be living in Gold Coast area
 • Must have previous experience in an administrative/customer service role
 • Experience in a managing/supervisory role is MUST
 • Excellent administration, time management and organisational skills with attention to detail.
 • Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, problem solving and organisational skills.
 • Advanced Microsoft office suite skills.
