Restaurant Manager
Bird's Nest restaurant is the first binchotan yakitori restaurant of its kind in Australia. We are the first to bring this authentic type of cuisine to Australia. We are looking for a dynamic leader who loves food and restaurant service to continue to pass on our passion for yakitori.
We are a 50 seat restaurant, with 10-15 staff and you would be in charge of rostering, stock control, staff training and employment, customer relations etc.
We are happy to hire either those who are new to supervisory roles and train you up to this role, or alternatively we would love to take on board someone with more experience.
