Sushi Train Mango Hill Station is currently looking for a full-time Cook/Chef to join our Restaurant.

Sushi Train Mango Hill Station is a busy Japanese restaurant and is a part of popular Sushi Train franchise. 

The candidate must have at least three years of kitchen experience. The applicant must be able to demonstrate high level of cooking and kitchen management skills and have good understanding of Japanese catering services and courtesy. The candidate will be offered remuneration package of 54K + superannuation.

The duties and responsibilities for the position are as follow:
>>Creating and arranging new menus
>>Preparing and cooking food
>>Inventory management 
>>Cooks food and demonstrate techniques
>>Check quality of supplies, ingredients and food served to customer
>>Recruiting, selecting and training staff
>>Other duties
