Sushi Train Treasure Cove Station is currently looking for a full-time Chef to join our Restaurant.

Sushi Train Treasure Cove is a busy Japanese restaurant and is a part of popular Sushi Train franchise. 

The candidate must have at least three years of Chef experience. The applicant must be able to demonstrate high level of kitchen management skills and have good understanding of Japanese catering services and courtesy. The candidate will be offered salary of 56K + Super.

The duties and responsibilities for the position are as follow:
>>Modifying menus and creating new menu according to the budget
>>Overseeing whole kitchen environment in the restaurant and manage them
>>Planning and directing food preparation and culinary activities
>>Cooks food and demonstrate techniques
>>Check quality of supplies, ingredients and food served to customer
>>Recruiting, selecting and hiring staff
>>Supervising and training kitchen staffs and fellow cooks
>>Other duties
