I am looking for a business partner to start a Japanese food stall at the Night Quarter Markets in Helensvale. The name of the stall is Little Kyoto and the menu will include sushi, pokebowls, gyoza, takoyaki and taiyaki (and starting ramen from winter). I already have all the equipment ready, as well as authorization to begin trading from the end of February this year. I will sell half of the business for $7000. Together we will pay the weekly fees to run the stall (Per day fees include: site fee $250 + power $20 + water, waste and cleaning $22 + staff fees around $100 and food costs <$100 ), and then divide the remainder of the profit in 2 (if you work as a staff at the stall you will receive a salary, plus half of the daily profit). 
As the Commonwealth games are coming up in April there will be a lot of tourists on the 
Gold Coast and this is a big chance to make some money from your own business.
