Western Train is seeking a motivated and well experienced restaurant manager.

You must have strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine and beverage. 

You will take leadership of front of house and be responsible for the entire operations of the venue including recruitment of staff , training and supervision .

Be able to communicate clearly with customers ,staff and head chef.

Able to maintain high sales and report weekly profit and loss statements to the company director.
