Experienced Cook wanted

Based in Fortitude Valley, we are currently looking for a Cook who has experience/skills in teppanyaki to join our team at Saiko Teppanyaki.

The right candidate will be available to work full-time and has the ability to perform efficiently and effectively under pressure in a fast paced environment.

The duties include but are not limited to:
- Setting up teppanyaki workstation and prepare all needed ingredients and cooking equipment before cooking
- Cook food with demonstration of teppanyaki cooking techniques
- Ensure all food and equipment are stored properly at correct temperature
- Check quality of ingredients
- Monitor stock takings and place orders if needed
- Keep kitchen equipment clean and tidy
- Update with newest teppanyaki techniques and educate fellow kitchen staffs
- Portioning food while cooking to each customers
- Other duties if necessary
