      Award winning busy Osushi Japanese restaurant in Coolangatta seeking experienced Sushi & Hot Food Cook.

4+ years Japanese cooking/Sushi experience essential.

Your main duties include
-Preparing and presenting Sushi/Rolls/Sashimi /good level skills in Japanese cuisine, in a timely manner
-Maintaining a clean and hygienic work area
-Effectively communicating with the team
-Understanding all cooking methods and applying them correctly
-Maintaining stock levels
