We are currently looking for an experienced Commercial/residential Cleaning supervisor(Manager) work in based on Varsity Lakes and other area(ie,Benowa, Broadbeach Waters, Reedy Creek) in GoldCoast.

The Position -
* Full time(Availability on average around 20-30 hours(o.n.o) each week for 3-5 days(o.n.o) meant around $20k - $40k per year by flexible with working hours, days, weekend requirements) opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, experienced Cleaning Supervisor to Japanese cleaning operations across multiple sites with an ASAP start. 3 months Trial period will be provided. 

Key duties/responsibilities -
* Complete on site cleaning quality inspections to ensure all areas are well presented and maintained in line with our contract
* Must have the ability to clean any areas when required
* Can do attitude
* Budget, time Management 
* Visit your responsible sites on a rotating basis
* Strong attention to details 
* Achieve productivity targets 
* Coordinating with property manager and team member
* Train new team members
* Supervise and coordinate approx 5 team members across multiple sites
* Organize suitable team member coverage for their leave
* Organize when required on hiring new team member who has ABN, also supervisor
* manage roster and staff shifts along with stock control on cleaning products
* Assist with cleaning premises and equipment when needed
* Ensure work report/attendance forms
* Good reporting with picture requirement.
* Monitor periodic cleaning activities
* Assess work site hazards and security risks
* Follow and adhere to all health, safety and security procedures

Successful candidates will have -
* Physically fit, reliable and trustworthy
* Experience in manager role 
* Demonstrate a flexible attitude
* Professional attitude and strong communication, customer service skills 
* Drivers Licence and access to motor vehicle 
* ABN recommended

Wages: per clean based, it's depend on your skill, experience. if say hour rate approx ＄20~$26+more/h(incl.QLD awards). Carry out training each site are just beginnings 20hrs will be paid as half of the rate.
