      A&E Imports is a well established importer of premium beer keg products servicing the east coast of Australia. We are a specialist company with a unique approach which has delivered substantial growth over the last 15 years. As a leading provider of tap beer solutions for the restaurant and small bar market we successfully distribute the leading brands within the markets we operate. Due to our continuing growth we have an outstanding opportunity for a Customer/Office Support Specialist in Sydney.

This is an attractively compensated part time position($30-$40/hour depending on experience) for 3 days per week with some flexibility around those hours and potential for the hours to be increased. We are a small, supportive team that will value a team player. Your main responsibilities will include:

Confidently build and manage relationships with existing customers to understand their needs.

Support the sales staff in the administrative needs of customers.

Coordinate the timely installation of beer systems into customer's venues

Support the Operations Manager in the day to day tasks of the business. 

Assist in administrative tasks (e.g. customer invoicing and orders).
The successful candidate will have:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
Proficient with Information Technology (Excel / Word / Email). MYOB experience an advantage.
Excellent time management & organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple simultaneous activities while meeting deadlines
Able to work in a small team environment 
Detail focused & an ability to work autonomously
Experience in dealing with Customers in a supporting role inc. first point of contact
Permanent Residency / Citizenship to Australia
