Your New Role
The Corporate Receptionist will provide first-class service to all visitors and internal employees of the Company. Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
• Effectively answer, screen, page and transfer calls to the appropriate person
• Welcome all visitors in a pleasant and professional manner and ensure they sign in and out
• Distribution/Coordination of mail and deliveries
• Ensure quality presentation of reception area and reading is current
• Arrange travel and accommodation requirements as requested
• Management and ordering of stationery requirements and supplies
• Liaison with building management in relation to building issues and office maintenance
• Distribution and reconciliation of cab charges
• Ordering of catering for meeting as requested
• Management of Meeting rooms and ensuring rooms are presented to a high standard at all times
• Kitchen Maintenance (Dishwasher, Fridge, Appliances) as requested
• Process invoices for admin related payment
• Ordering business cards
• Management of office security cards
• Update, manage and maintain company registers and manuals
About You
• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Fluent Japanese speaker (highly desirable)
• Amazing communication and interpersonal skills
• Polished presentation and ability to be the face of the corporate head office
• Strong time management and organisation skills
• The ability to multitask and deal with conflicting priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft packages at an Intermediate level
• Customer Service focus
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
