We're looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, determined and driven Assistant/Real Estate Agent/PA to join our friendly family owned company that loves rewarding its staff. We are recruiting a newly graduated to join our exciting team.

Your key responsibilities in this role will include (but not limited to):
• Finding new/Maintain existing business relationship through phone canvassing
• Attending inspections (final, building, pest inspections etc..)
• Property File Management
• Conduct Property Campaigns including but not limited to Advertising, Open for Inspections & Contract Signing
• Liaise with conveyancers or solicitors regarding a campaign/sale
• General appointments and duties
• Liaising with clients
• Preparing pre listing packages
• Attending any training as required
• Misc Administration and marketing support
•
To be successful for this position you must possess the following:
• Native Japanese speaking skill
• Valid NSW driver's licence
• Prior Real Estate experience is a plus but not essential
• Willing to acquire Agent Representative Certificate
• Well maintained own car is a bonus
• Exceptional personal presentation
• Willingness to learn and a positive can-do attitude
• Experience with Microsoft Office including word and excel
• Good organisational skills and time management
This is a full time position with days of work being Monday to Saturday with a day off in lieu.
