We are a family-operated Sushi bar in the northern beaches of Sydney looking to hire a sushi chef (with experience) with immediate start part time, at least 15-20 hours a week. 

Sushi chef duties include: cut sashimi, make nigiri and rolls. The suitable candidate will work alongside our current sushi chef and have good communication skills. Sushi chef that can debone and fillet fresh fish preferred (will give higher pay and more hours) but not essential.

We can negotiate pay for the right candidate as we are looking for a long term team member. We offer staff meal, a friendly and energetic work environment, and if needed, can help with transport to and from work if needed.
