FixMyMobile are seeking hard working, dedicated and passionate SALES ASSOCIATES / MOBILE PHONE REPAIR TECHNICIANS to join our stores in Helensvale Westfield . 

This role would suit a dynamic person who wants to work for a reputable professional mobile phone that has a fun and rewarding team environment.

FixMyMobile consists of 3 retail stores located at CBD, carindale westfield and Helensvale westfield.

The position will be paid according to the General Retail Industry Award.

Initially, this is a casual position but there is a path to the position leading to a full-time role.

To be successful in this position you will need to possess the following:

 - At least 12 months’ experience repairing & trouble-shooting damaged or faulty mobile phones – Including iPhone 8, X, XS, XR and XS Max. Samsung S8, S9, S10, s20 etc. (To be skilled in the repair of all the latest mobile phones and tablet models.)

- Must have excellent customer service and sales skills . You will be required to sell products to customers.

- Providing the customers with a fun, knowledgeable and friendly experience.

- Managing day to day store operations Customer service and complaints handling.

- Comfortable working independently and at pace.

- Ability to work well unsupervised

- A passion for technology

- Available Monday-Sunday
