Christine Rodrigues from ri-kroot has been engaged to recruit a technical support officer for a customer support network company, based near Nundah, providing IT technical support, customer service and diagnosing hardware and software systems, MUST be bi-lingual, Japanese or Korean, salary negotiated based on experience + penalties, this a full-time job. 

Responsibilities and requirements include: 

•	Must have IT technical support and customer service experience with hardware 
 and software systems
•	Must have a university degree or industry experience with computerised control 
 systems
•	Installing and configuring, diagnosing hardware and software faults and solving 
 technical problems.
•	Must have knowledge of microsoft office suites
•	Bi-lingual, Japanese or Korean (ideally)
•	Possess initiative to triage and discern the urgency of problems
•	Must have the ability of understanding the importance of standard operating 
 procedures
•	Managing multiple tasks
•	Ability to work independently or as part of a team
