To be considered you must have a proven passion working with contemporary and traditional Japanese food.
Your role will be to work alongside a talented group of chefs who create and manage exciting Japanese menus, so ambition is a key factor in the person we are looking for.

- Cost and waste management of all foods

Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and implementing new menu items on brand at high quality
- Under-going constant R&D into new menu items and specials
- Rostering and managing staff costs
- Training and development of current and new staff
- Stock and COGS control, reporting directly to the owner
- Compliance with food and safety protocols by government standard
- Ensuring a clean and safe work space
- Managing day to day service and produce orders
