Sourcing Recruiter – Japanese Speaking

We are looking for an Early in Career Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, working across our Asia Pacific region.

As an integral team member, you will partner on all things sourcing and recruiting. From managing the candidate experience to securing the best talent, you will play a critical piece in our success of hiring outstanding Merakians. You are creative and driven, with an interpersonal savvy that allows you to learn on the go. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
◆Partner with recruiting team to build a strong, diverse pipeline of both active and passive candidates through internal referrals, networking, and online job postings.
◆Build and implement innovative sourcing strategies and recruiting campaigns to achieve hiring goals
◆Develop an understanding of the recruiting process and drive/recommend improvements
◆Track the progress of leads/candidates with fantastic attention to detail
◆Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers and the wider team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruiting process.

WHO YOU ARE:
◆1-2 years of experience in a Talent Sourcing/Recruiting role, or similar experience
◆Competence with Microsoft Suite, Google Applications, LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse experience is a plus.)
◆Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills; ability to interact with team members and candidates of all statures with professionalism and tact.
◆The ability to go beyond your standardised templates because you truly want to make a great experience for every candidate.
◆Passionate about the mission, product, and culture of Cisco Meraki.
◆Japanese language fluency
