      We, Masuya Group are currently running 7 Japanese restaurant in the heart of Sydney. 

We are looking for a Head Chefs at one of our popular Izakaya restaurant, Izakaya Michi. 

A Izakaya Michi that offers meat dishes such as Japanese beef, salads, and snacks along with original chicken-based ramen. 
We serve sake from all over Japan along with Okayama’s Bizen ware.

[応募資格]
最低5年間日本食でシェフとしてのご経験のある方
最低1年間滞在可能な方

[Responsibility]
Daily operation, organise roster, recruitment, training for new staffs, keep hygiene, create new menu, stock control, food cost control etc.

[Working hours] : 
6-10 shifts 
Monday-Saturday 
Lunch 10am-3pm
Dinner 4pm-10pm

[Salary]
$80,000/y + Super 
(Negotiable)
