We are looking for a full time, happy, outgoing property inspections manager (part time for 2 months then full time after). 
You will primarily be showing rooms to prospective tenants and signing them up to move in. The goal is to achieve high occupancy rates. You will be fully mentored with our proven processes and systems. Looking for someone who can be taught, has proven sales skills capability in any field and is a closer.
Responsibilities include:
•	Presenting properties in a positive light to prospective tenants.
•	Using your great sales skills to rent our rooms!
•	Admin tasks involved in property management (not your primary task but you may be contacted by tenants with queries)
Requirements
•	Outstanding customer service that brings in positive feedback.
•	Need to be success driven with a competitive attitude.
•	Proven track record of successful sales in any field
•	Excellent communication and negotiation skills
•	Persuasive with marketing and sales skills
•	Great people skills and works great in a team
•	Live in the inner Sydney (e.g Surry Hills/Ultimo/Chippendale/Pyrmont/ etc)
•	Drivers license
•	Must understand that this job is dynamic and you may have to flexible with your hours
•	Have a long term visa to work in Australia (e.g. Partner visa, PR, Bridging etc)
