About SalesPond:

We are a global Marketing Services company with most of our clients are within the Technology Industry.
We are looking for native Japanese speaking Data Miners/ Researchers to help build and strengthen our internal database based on our clients’ requirements, including cross-checking data.
This is a project-based role.

Responsibilities:

• Researching and collecting data from external databases (web research/online research/market research)
• Building and verifying contact details utilising different medium, both internet and telephone
• Manage and update lists, registers and databases
• Classifying companies’ type of industry and size, and other details or information as required by the clients
• Cross-checking collected data to ensure a maximum accuracy and consistency of the data
• Input and correct data in company database or CRM platform
• Creating and submitting daily reports based on findings

Requirements:

• Proficient in the language you applied for: Japanese
• Computer savvy
• Intermediate skills in MS Excel or Google spreadsheet
• Excellent attention to details
• Creative problem solver with drive and tenacity to see through the completion of tasks
• Dependable, reliable and able to work with minimum supervision
• Be able to work in our office in Sydney CBD
