*Job Description*
Niji Sushi Bar offers sushi train and a la carte dining experience featuring contemporary Japanese menu infused with traditional Japanese Izakaya dishes with Western ingredients & modern taste.
Niji Sushi Bar is seeking waiter or waitress for it new expansion due to start its operation by Early November in Hurstville.
*Position Overview*
The server is the backbone of the service team. It is the job of the server to ensure that each guest receives the correct service. Servers are expected to introduce the menu with recommendations, manage all the needs of the guests.

Criteria:
Good knowledge of Food and Beverage Service
Good Experience in Customer Service
Must have RSA
Full Time availability at least 5 days a week
Must have valid Visa to work full time
English speaking level at least intermediate
Understand basic food hygiene
*Brief Job Description*
Organizes the responsible section at the beginning of shift; restock and prepare
Provides the correct utensils when serving food
Provides a bar napkin to each drink served
describe all food and beverages delivered to tables
Assists in cleaning tables and setting up tables
Assist dishwasher and bartender with cleaning plates and glasses
Prepares and organizes take away orders
Writes and take down food and beverage orders and enters to system for kitchen
Inform guests with specials and banquet menus
Explain how various items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods
Describe and recommend wines, cocktails and sake.
Experience working in a modern Japanese restaurant will be highly regarded
Salary is subject to experience and qualifications
