Web系システム・業務系アプリケーションのシステム開発のプロジェクトマネージメント
複数プロジェクトをマネージメントを対応していただきます。
下記のような資料や設計書や作業を対応していただきます。
・要件定義
・基本設計
・詳細設計
・単体テスト、結合テスト
・保守、その他
■必須要件
日本語、英語がビジネスで使用経験のある方
1年以上、SEもしくは、プロジェクトマネージメントの経験のある方
就労可能なビザが１年以上ある方

Full-time position
70k -90k depending on skills & experience

■Job Responsibilities:
- Management of multiple web development projects in various sizes across various industries.
- Identifying project requirements and developing technical briefs.
- Dealing with client requests and managing workflow with our staff.
- Working with web developers to deliver projects on time and on budget.
- Helping out with web builds and development
- Maintaining the web division.
- Improving and developing templates and processes.
- Identification and solution of problems that arise due to complex requirements.
- Testing functionalities and suggesting appropriate solutions for full functioning of the website.
■Requirements
- Japanese business level
- 1+ years core experience working in the web development industry. A previous web lead or manager experience would be beneficial.
- Experience with project management software.
- Proven track record with working with a large portfolio and personally delivering results.
- Strong organisations and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and also on your own, while meeting deadlines.
- Motivated team player with a positive attitude that has the ability to meet goals and a desire to achieve results.
- Some experience with any Frameworks (nice to have)
