 CUSTOMER SERVICE Rep with communicative English

Your new role will involve providing remarkable customer service to customers for an e-commerce brand. The role will require you to answer queries and complaints and at times follow up on the logistics of orders. This is a full time or Part time role with the possibility of long term employment for the right candidate

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include
● Answering japanese customers queries regarding their orders
● Cooperate with the warehouse to ensure orders are delivered properly
● Assisting with general administration when needed

Your Profile Will Demonstrate
● Customer Service, Sales, Order Processing, Logistics, Data Entry or Administration experience would be ideal
● A high level of written skills in Japanese
● Proficiency in managing facebook and instagram comments
